I loved the fact that this seller shipped the item out quickly knowing we had a tight timeline, and great news it arrived the day we needed it! The negative part is that the item wasn’t as described, which was “new without tags,” however the item was heavily fragranced from laundry products and had what looked like a black marker stain on the back of the mask. If this had been advertised as “used” calling out the mark, it would have been more acceptable, but I thought I was getting new, unused.
