Great communication with the owner had a problem with the shipper and he tried very hard on his end to resolve it but we couldn't. I had used him a couple time before with no issues but his laptops are truly in some of the best condition I've ever seen and look brand new. I look forward to doing more business with him even though our last shipment had to be returned do to a problem with UPS and he refunded immediately. Great supplier...
