    I’m sure the item was great but Evri failed to deliver the parcel. The seller communicated quickly and gave a refund so I can’t fault them there but Evri are so poor locally I wish sellers would offer different carriers. I’m still waiting on a parcel ordered 3 weeks ago from another company! I guess it stops me from ordering too much stuff online.

    The first bed was unfortunately lost in the post which we were very upset about but as soon as I messaged the seller they reasurred me of getting a refund which happened straight away. I purchased another but in a different colour because they no longer had the colour we wanted but the green is gorgeous. We're very happy, delivery was exceptional, I would recommend this seller.
