I asked via text and left a voice message later same day if they’d give a reduction of £10 as I liked item and would get it mended - I was ignored. Decided to keep garment - no confidence in seller as I’d have expense of buying suitable packaging and then would want to send recorded for proof of delivery - not convinced I’d be refunded. Not good
