Message was ignored until after they dispatched with the excuse that they allegedly did not see the message. Item is a Chinese inferior product and a packaging slip enclosed from Amazon no mention of Ebay or an invoice. In 18 years of using Ebay I have never left negative feedback but felt this service to be shocking. Do not use this seller and would rate zero for everything

Good, however packaging was just a paper bag with no bubble wrap and item was damaged. Very slow on communication and had to chase quite a few times. Eventually got a partial refund as I wanted to keep the item. Outcome was all OK but took a while to get there!
