    see my comments for the other two products just a minute ago. Confusion became possible because two products came by post but somehow I ordered one of them...the personalised badge via Argos in my local Sainsbury's and that was a mistake. I was very pleased the firm phoned me about my design where it was a bit vague and I was immediately encouraged by that so said "free hand to artist" because his other offerings were of such high a quality and trusting a good supplier might well prove to be OK.
