  What a totally wonderful family business this is. I am so impressed with the fact that the postage was free, packaging was so well presented, making sure the item was not going to break enroute to me. Item is as described & more, & half the price had I brought it else where. I will make sure I add Robert Scotts to my favourite shop on eBay, they have so many items, but you’re not paying the cost of the high street or other online stores. Thank you Robert Scotts!   Great seller with excellent communication. I bought this flex straw cap as the hydro flask I had only had a fixed lid and I wanted the ease of drinking from a straw on the go. It was packaged carefully and dispatched quickly. It was exactly as described and good value for money. I would definitely buy from this seller again in the future. The only thing that let it down was the Evri delivery. Should have delivered on the Weds but didn’t appear until the Fri and then didn’t follow instructions
