I quickly received confirmation that the first order had been cancelled, and the refund soon followed. The second order arrived at the correct postal address on time. Very good service from the retailer. The item is a birthday present, so still packed, but I'm confident there will be no problem with it, and if there is it will be dealt with quickly and professionally.
