Really well packaged and secure, fast delivery. Items as described and in good condition, and excellent value. Not yet tested the discs, but items seem to have been kept well so doubt there will be any issues. I will look out for more items from this seller in the future.

Originally, it seems that the item was just as described. However, the seller used packing tape to secure the lid to the jar and the tape stripped off the vintage paint, leaving the item damaged. Seller offered either a 50% refund or a full refund if I shipped it back, but that's not really a functional solution for GBP 44.21 shipping on a GBP 25 item. So I got a 50% refund, but I would not have paid this much (nor this much shipping) for a damaged item so it's not really satisfactory to me.

I did my best to resolve the issue, at first requested the item to be returned but buyer requested a partial refund, asking a £20 refund on a £25 item, which is unreasonable and not correlated to the paint damage. We agreed to a 50% refund and once buyer received it, gave me a negative. Most of our customers are happy but sadly on this occasion the buyer felt this was not the best solution for them despite agreeing to the partial refund.
