  Assorted kitchen lot arrived in a timely manner, but unfortunately 4 of the glasses at the bottom of the box didn't survive the journey despite being wrapped in bubble wrap and there being a square of styrofoam below them to cushion things. The seller indicated on the shipping box that it contained fragile items, so I feel the blame must go to the shipping company, not the seller. I've included a photo of the broken glass (I unwrapped each one before taking the photo).

  Remarried in slightly damaged condition unlike the listing photos. The bowl was packed in a flimsy plastic envelope instead of a sturdy cardboard box. Seller accused me of sending him pictures of a bowl with chips different from the one he sent me. Shipping costs were nearly $17. He finally offered me a one dollar refund on the condition that I only give positive feedback. Very unpleasant transaction and communication.

  Initial typo. I received the item in slightly damaged condition,sent photos to seller who then accused me of taking pictures of a different item. Very poor attitude and customer service.

  Buyer is not telling whole truth. It was not packed flimsy. It had air pillows all around it first he said I did not take a picture of the damage then he said it was damaged during shipping. I told him to send me pictures. He sent me pictures of just the inside of the bowl and not the outside when he did send me picturesof the entire bowl with the damage. It was a totally different bowl. It had a black outside what I sent him and he bought was blue outside. I then told him to get a hold of eBay.

  Item arrived dented / damaged. Item was listed as "like new"...but the side of the toaster that was damaged wasn't pictured in the item listing. The packaging was very well done and not damaged. When I asked for a refund, since seller doesn't accept returns, seller was rude and said that it was "fishy" and then accused me of "changing my mind and put dents in it to return it and get your money back". Ebay refunded the money...all $20

  Buyer originally said that it was damaged in shipping then changed the story and said it was packed well,and there was no damage to the box could not get a straight answer out of him. He just wanted a refund. I do not send anything out that is damaged unless I take pictures of it and list it in the description as you can see I have sold over 2400 items in the past 7 years and have not had one negative feedback. Strictly buyer wanted refund and kept the toaster I might add.
