  They Sent the wrong item so they apologised then asked me to circle return address and put back in postbox and to send image of me posting. I was dubious of this as thinking surely post office doesn’t do returns for free! Anyhow i reluctantly posted it back as instructed. Now they say won’t refund until item received which I now doubt the post office will do. Feel scammed on this return. Don’t fall for this trick. In fact avoid seller as they seem both incompetent and dishonest.

  Item didnt arrive. Got a lengthy reply of them blaming royal mail. Asked for another item in my complaint process. They just pushed a refund and ignored my messages. Had to purchase from another seller. Wouldn't bother with this seller. Its a £2.75 pen and they were literally messaging me saying they'd get the police involved for tampering with royal mail.
