The dispatch was quick, and delivery prompt. The item was suitably packaged, to withstand the rigours of the transportation processes.     I did receive my order but seller sent 4 puzzle books which were not the ones advertised then refused my kind offer to keep 2 of the books and to refund me £5 of the £10 I paid for 4 books & provide me with a prepaid postage label to return the other 2 books as the fault is the sellers. I have 100% positive feedback as a buyer which is not the case for the seller.

    I had received the wrong item I had contacted seller they communicated back to use original packaging to return wrong item so right item can be sent in its place I made them aware I don’t have that as I ripped it open and discarded of this, for me then to ask for a return label and I will print it out to have no communication back I have sent 5messages since with no response terrible customer service for their mistake as well
