    After spending the best part of £30 on a pen to seal the edging of graphics, only to find that the pen was clearly empty! I spoke to Dorotape who suggested they replaced it, however it wouldn't have arrived in time and this was explained. I requested a refund to which they clearly didn't want to offer and it was clear that they didn't believe the pen was empty. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend. I think a partial refund would have suficed, you live and learn don't you Dorotape!

    You paid for a 24-hour delivery and confirmed the delivery date as the pen was needed urgently. We offered to replace it on a 24-hour service as you needed this urgently, but you requested a refund. We provided a return postage bag, as returning any goods for a refund is standard practice. A partial refund wouldn’t be acceptable, as we ensure no customer is out of pocket for a faulty item they cannot use. As per our messages, as soon as we receive the pen back, we will issue the refund.
