  My order arrived very quickly and was securely packaged. Unfortunately, I thought one of the items was missing and contacted the seller immediately. I received a reply very quickly and they were very apologetic and said they would send out a replacement the next day. However, my cat found the missing item under the sofa! I have no idea how it got there, but I contacted the seller to apologise and explain that my cat must have taken a liking to perfume. Seller was very understanding. 10/10
