Description said "Inner Fleece Wool Shoes Insert Fleece Pads Boots Shoe Soles Sheepskin Insoles" but the insoles I received were not sheepskin; they were synthetic. Clicked on "return item" but the return address in eBay's system was just an email address. Wrote to Seller twice asking for a postal address and Seller would not provide one. Instead was offered part discounts. Gave up, contacted eBay and eBay issued a refund.
