My purchase was dispatched promptly, wrapped and protected incredibly well - one box inside another all bubble wrapped (see photos) and delivered within 48 hours as promised. Finally the item was totally as described being still in its original manufacturers sealed wrap.     No issues with seller but lots with Royal Mail delivery, was told it was £3.50 postage so paid this never received the item only a card saying that I now owed another £3.50 as postage fee was incorrect and that it should not have been large but small item , the reason Royal Mail said was that the item would fit through door with the box and then plastic bag and guess what it fitted when I got home , so I think Royal Mail needs to measure correctly and price accordingly.
