Generally positive experience with this seller. Item as described and dispatched promptly with reasonable postage costs. Unfortunately, the plate arrived broken. It may have been mishandled by Royal Mail, although some additional protective packaging when it was posted may have helped avoid this. You always need more than you think! I like the plate and have decided to keep it and have repaired it. I have changed the feedback from neutral to positive after correspondence with the seller.
