    I had to get eBay in to get a refund. The "New Other" item came in a battered box (ok) but with only x2 out the x3 brackets that are in the original set. There was no mention of this in the listing. I raised the issue immediately with the seller who said that they were on holiday. Had to wait the set 5 days before eBay promptly stepped in and resolved the case immediately in my favour.
