    Item arrived with an important part missing. After no reply from several messages I had to file an official eBay complaint. Unsurprisingly they replied, once. Made many apologies and promised the part (rubber bung) would be sent immediately. Needless to say it didn't arrive and that was the last I heard, despite severa further requests. Ebay closed the enquiry and now it appears I have no recourse. I have an item that cost nearly £20, and it's nest to useless, much like the seller.
