  The item was almost a week late arriving. Item arrived destroyed & covered in glitter. After I contacted them they made an excuse that it was a "worn" look and perfectly normal & glitter couldn't have come from them. I have pictures proving the shape it came in. Also they don't want to refund me, just give me a 10% off coupon for my next purchase as if that'll fix the $50+ I just spent

  YOU are ridiculous- you insisted on keeping this item AND receiving a refund. I asked you to follow ebay policy by requesting a return, send the item back THEN receive a refund. You threatened me w this feedback if I didnt just refund you without a return. WTF? SEND IT BACK WHATS YOUR PROB.. 48hrs later, you followed ebaypolicy and the return was immediately approved, incl shipping label. I offered you a 10% code for your apparent rage. MAJOR EYE ROLL..
