For whatever reason, they advertised the ShiftLight very cheaply, with additional discounts !?! Despite being advertised as shipped with 'Royal Mail Tracked 24', they claim it was lost in the post and didn't have a tracking number. I strongly doubt it was ever posted! If they'd simply contacted me and said it was listed incorrectly, I'd have understood and paid full price. Instead I have had to wait a month to get a refund. Whilst the picture displayed was the carbon fibre version, it was in fact the stainless steel version. Beware when ordering… however I flagged this with the seller and after some discussion, as a gesture of goodwill the seller refunded me 10%. The speed of resolution was good and I was happy with the result.
