There was a temptation to buy the similar, and cheaper, Oxford Products item but from forty years as a dealer I know you really do get what you pay for...

I only asked when item was coming and got spoken to like I had done something wrong. All I can put it down to is the voucher what was applied on checkout saving me £20 then he didn’t want to post 24 hours royal mail not a pleasant conversation!!

DR Bikes got onto the issue immediately I raised it with them and organised a replacement with Arrow, which has just arrived and is now correct for the bike. DR Bikes kept me informed of progress as they made it as well. I can't ask for better support and will not hesitate to buy from DR Bikes again.
