Ivry reputation remains poor, I paid extra not only for quick deliver which is very good But Ivry same old story box damaged, split open, 4 inside boxes also lightly damaged from being thrown around.This is not good. Can You use an alternative delivery service, which I paid extra for ?Years of Ivry Hermes poor care taken, try complaining to Ivry they purposely make it very hard to contact them in any format.Next time I will take photos. Can U use Royal Mail ?
