Unfortunately the unit sent was a different colour to the one advertised so I had to return it . I messaged dreams beds through ebay and Roy messaged me back the next day . Unforunately they didn't have the correct colour in stock so he organised for it to be picked up and has sorted a full refund. Perfect customer service .

Although they did take a bit of time to get reply, the customer service team were absolutely fantastic and answered any queries I had. Delivery drivers were polite and helpful. I do have a slight negative to finish off with. The advertised delivery time is just a few days. This wasn't the case and I wasn't expecting that. I was happy with 2-3 weeks though. Thank you for a great service.

Well, maybe the delivery estimate, as delivery was longer than advertised on the eBay listing, but they did email me to tell me so. Would have been nicer if they had quoted the correct delivery time in the listing as it was a gift.
