Item was dispatched quickly and a good deal struck. However, the box is damaged and it is also not as listed. This listing clearly states there is a travel tin. This is not included and therefore not as described. I could forgive the damaged pack if the cards were in the travel tin. Disappointed that the item doesn't match the description. The only reason I bought it was because of the tin being included so it wouldn't matter if the cardboard box got damaged.

Item arrived defective. The piece that the bobs were supposed to attach to is loose and will fall off at the slightest movement. The uv ink was all dried up as the lids do not fully cover the pens. The light is not UV, which it is advertised as being. The construction itself is cheap and not what was advertised. The packaging is badly printed and everything leads me to believe this is a fake item and not licensed by the companies it should be. Seller being difficult with trying to get a refund.

Card arrived faulty. Glitter falling out. Pulled tab as directed with card closed and in envelope and it started playing already!!! Now I do not have a Mother’s Day card for my mum tomorrow. Over £7 for a useless faulty card which was also incredibly small. Seller refunded faulty card - initially tried to only refund 50% but 100% refund given in end.
