Absolutely amazing customer service, outstanding communication. There was an issue with the original item being damaged, but a quick message to the seller and a replacement was offered and sent. It is what it is for the price, so I don’t expect it to last forever. However, it served me well as part of my cosplay for comic con. Original postage was a little steep, but then that’s just postage these days and not on the seller. Over all I’m very pleased with both the service and replacement product
