Waited for over a week for product to be delivered. Never received the product. This product was advertised as being sold by a UK seller however seller is based abroad (may be in China ) and that's why such a slow delivery, no tracking. When I contacted seller, all I get back is wait for few more days. I regret purchasing from this seller.

Even though the first one went missing a replacement was sent out and then Royal Mail then asked for £7 to pay for some kind of postage. I would have left a neutral or even a negative however, with the messages back and fourth. The seller has been in constant contact and a third one was sent with no problems. I think though reading other negatives something has to be done with the payment on postage to cover in full with next deliveries.
