  “Dr. Frankenstove” was the perfect seller to deal with; very communicative, the replacement convection fan and stove knob came in 2 days- both installed and working perfectly. The parts looked just like the photos in the listing, so no surprises when I opened the well packaged box. Finding parts for a 20yr old Thermador stove is challenging.   The touchpad was in great condition. It was better than described and really looks brand new. Shipping was great. The unit which is fragile was professionally packaged and well protected.
