In a plastic sleeve, inside two stout cardboard sheets and then in a Royal Mail silver plastic envelope. Very professional. Highly recommended seller.

Part of the problem appears to be the card insert above the roof of the car in the packaging. Designed I think to stop the paperweight moving around too much. I think it rubs slightly on the roof. All are checked before mailing, but can't guarantee how much it moves in the postage system, We do now 'wedge' it into place with some paper inserts, to cut down any movement.
