Good packaging and easy communication with the seller (one of the few sellers who actually answered my questions before purchasing the item). However, tracking of HK post is not updated when the item arrived in the US, so just have to be patient and wait for some time.

Thanks for the feedback. For light items, like this, we use registered post, not trackable for USA, Canada and Australia. But for most items, they are fully trackable using 17track

Item was delivered well packaged & sent in a timely manner. However, the s-pen would NOT function with my Toshiba Portege z20t touch screen laptop as advertised in the seller's ebay description. I ebay messaged the seller for assistance to help pair the s-pen with my laptop. But the seller's after sales customer support was non-existent / they did not bother to respond, which is very poor service. It's difficult to know if I received a faulty device or not & Toshiba Cust Supp unable to assist.
