I know mistakes happen, something got mixed up, I need to delay to replace and send return. Seller blames surplus supplier. I receive full refund after return. No offer, assistance or commitment help buyer/me. Seller has high sales # w/A+ review. Neg review similar to me. U can do better when issue occur

  I won a large inventory of HVAC from a HVAC company that was closing their doors and selling off their inventory. all new items. I don't know why there was a used item on the shelf with new inventory. I can't check every box I'm sorry the second item was not new I had no ideal full refund was issued.
