    The wrong headset was shipped to me. The one I received has a different plug that doesn’t fit my plane. I had to buy an adaptor and the seller provided only a very small compensation for their error. Plus, I had to pay 215€ of custom duties that were not mentioned when I bought it.

    The packaging was very secure, ensuring nothing would happen to my earbuds. I am having issues with the charger of the Bose ultras open earbuds, but that's not the sellers fault. The seller also made sure to communicate with me, and when I accidentally bought it twice, they refunded me. The Bose ultra open earbuds are genuine and actually have warranty on it, which is great If I need any help with them! I'm really glad I bought from dsk_merch_shop.
