    Many thanx arrived safely 2day with no problems & driver DONE exactly that was asked of him but it was Royal Mail who delivered so was much appreciated but have not opened box as it’s to B sent away for a friend’s son who is autistic for his birthday next month!     Unfortunately I do not believe these to be genuine D'addario guutar strings. I am registered with their loyalty programme where you register purchases for points using the unique serial number printed on each plastic inner packet. They did not recognise the number on the set of strings I opened and message came up saying they were counterfeit so I have returned for a refund. The item description stated the strings were in 'original packaging' but they are fake.

    Unfortunately the item never arrived, I contacted the seller a few days after it’s due date, just to make sure it wasn’t just running a little late, And we agreed to another to be sent out straight away, oddly these never turned up either, after confirming my home address. I was refunded the whole purchase price. Very good seller communication.
