I picked a replacement record and seller shipped it out separately but only charge me one combined shipping. Very good communication during the process. The one record they do have arrived in very good condition. Professionally packed. Very trust worthy. The shipping cost is a little high for single LP but order two or more then shipping is reasonable. I just ordered three more LPs from their store.

Communication was abysmal. When asked for pictures, seller stated that they didn't provide images for sales under 20 dollars. Ok fine. Then I asked to cancel and never heard back. I ultimately decided to keep it but they never replied. To add to this, it was delivered late. Packaging was good. Item was not as described though. Was it with what I spent? No. Terrible value.
