Unfortunately I had to return this item , not because it arrived late, or was damaged or an incorrect item, it was not compatible with my Omron blood pressure monitor. I have to say the delivery was fast, very good price and came well packaged and that is why I gave a 5* rating, and would use this seller again. Recommend

Product is clearly advertised as 5 PACKS. I got one. I have never or probably anyone else, heard of one hook being called a pack. Extremely disappointing experience with this seller. I have messaged and had no response. I’m not sure what the advertising rules are but I’ve been had here, and probably not the only one!
