Super fast delivery, however the courier (whoever it was) just left the parcel on the step without ringing the bell and when I found it, it was absolutely soaked through and the cardboard was ready to fall apart. Fortunately the goods inside weren't damaged. It's a good job the goods weren't perishable as they would have been ruined. You ought to get in touch with your courier and report this. Apart from this, good value and good communication.

I ordered a meta quest 3 for my grandson on the 21st of February with a latest estimated delivery time for his birthday on the 24th. The parcel wasn't actually posted until the 24th which was of no use to me or my grandson I issued a no delivery spoke with the seller asked them who was paying the return postage was told the seller was. This turned out not to be the case and I ended up paying the return postage. The seller was very good overall and refunded me promptly
