Ordered item £3.89, same item I have many times. Did not realise my card details were not updated on ebay. Item arrived. Month later got very threatening email from debt recovery as payment had not gone through. I have now paid them the £3.89. I hope they take on advice to have payment clearance before sending out goods. Very disturbing to get such emails!!! My business will be elsewhere. This was their mistake, but I got threatening debt recover emails. Shocking business management.

Hello Helen and thank you for uploading a screenshot. You correctly point out that you placed your order on March 30th. All our listings require immediate payment and because your payment cleared on the same day, your order was dispatched and subsequently delivered on April 5th. On April 30th you filed a payment dispute with your credit card company, claiming that you "didn't recognise the transaction". Instead of simply passing the loss onto other buyers we contacted you to demand payment.
