True to their word the pergola arrived on the date as expected. It was delivered neatly packaged and further examination revealed a product of excellent quality and in perfect condition.     Delivery time was 6 weeks but this wasn’t made clear before payment, the anticipated delivery time showing on eBay was misleading. In a subsequent conversation with their team they told me the unit was not even in the country & not to expect anything for up to 3 weeks. I got a dispatch notification from eBay and the company tired to say this was eBay’s fault and they did it automatically. The unit is ok. Lots of warped parts, check their T&C’s thought as they don’t always cover them - see pic

    Waited a few weeks for delivery. Quality pergola but issues with customer service- so if u have any issues or pieces missing you cannot speak to anyone . Had issue with a CS agent who was unprofessional and was refused to speak to a Manager. Had to email only ! For a large company I have been appalled by the after service . So they let the company down if you have any issues.
