  Portable flash drive failed within 2 months of arrival with the loss of a large amount of irreplaceable files. Wrote to seller, but they haven't replied. It failed outside the returns window, so there's nothing I can do about it.

  The item I received was a cheap plastic knockoff – absolutely nothing like the “handmade painted stained glass mug” shown in the listing. It was not made of glass, had none of the movie’s decorative elements, and looked like a worthless, mass-produced toy. When I complained, the seller privately offered only a 30% refund – completely unacceptable considering the high price. I had to open an official case with eBay to get my full refund. The seller never responded through the proper resolution

  Advertised as 2 piece set. Arrived with 1 piece which was damaged due to being sent from China, in a plastic bag with no protective packaging. Seller disappointingly would not offer 100% refund or send replacements. I used EBay customer service to obtain a refund.
