  I was sent extra items by mistake, when I contacted the seller to inform them they were quick to reply, very polite and kindly told me to keep the extra items. I have bought from them in the past as value is great, condition super as items were extremely well packaged and the quality of the frames in the past have been super.

  TLDR: No guarantee what colour you'll get, and SLOW DELIVERY - but is CHEAP! Listing stated black frame, white mount, in the main body mentions selection of different mount colours, but wasn't there. I contacted seller who advised details were in the lising heading - fair enough. Imagine my surprise when a black frame with BLACK MOUNT turned up! Ordered Wed, turned up following Friday. From the tracking, looks tike the label created the day after purchase but wasn't posted until 5 days later!

  Two frames bought together at a fair price arrived quickly & very well packaged marked "fragile". Unfortunately both frames were incorrect sizes to what was ordered. On informing the seller, a full refund was granted with no need to return. (The unwanted frames could go to charity shop). So that inconvenience was avoided. Overall, while the fames were disappointing (mistakes can happen), the customer care in communication -most of all the refund, the experience was "positive".

  Having bought from this seller previously I decided to make a 2nd purchase. As before the frame arrived on time and was well packed. On opening the packaging and inspecting the frame unfortunately one corner was damaged making the frame unusable. I contacted the seller in the morning. No reply by early evening so sent them a second request. No reply the following day either so I raised a refund request. eBay refunded me the next day. Then I heard from the seller! TOO LATE - wont use them again!
