    Sadly like so many sellers, Evri was used to deliver this item. They lost (delivered to the incorrect address) the first handle and the seller had to send another one. Once it arrived, I can confirm that it is a great product that represents good value for money. It is particularly good that it comes with the required rivets. Despite the frustrations with Evri, I would use this seller again based on the product alone. Thank you for addressing Evri's shortcomings.

    Slight delivery issue with this item, it was an EVRI issue, not the seller, as was shown to be with EVRI next day after ordering, then nothing for 4 days, stuck, or 'down the back of a sofa'?? Anyway now delivered ok, adequate packaging and appears to be of good quality.
