  Good delivery time to my house. Item received not as described as keyless chuck received but not the 3 adapters. Adapters lost in transit as there was a split in the side of the Jiffy bag packaging where they must have fallen out. Seller communication was great m, acknowledging the items lost in transit, not their fault but paid me full refund and told me to keep the keyless chuck. Good seller thank you.

  When parcel was delivered it had been badly damaged by courier , contacted seller to report damage they requested i send photos of damage , somehow i could not get photos to upload but seller still offered a refund , The service from this seller was first class considering the low value of the item , would definitely recommend this seller for its customer service

  Item appears quality & well. Although arrived in damaged box, No fault of seller. Perhaps may need more bubble wrap inside outer wrapper to protect item box 📦 Often little extra weight may cost extra, will ensure optimum sales and safest delivery, equalling further satisfied customers. Unfortunately there is no short cut in business. It is a shame business is really aimed only for the rich, not for the poor. I have the exact problem selling items. Often post price cost more than item price?
