Born on July 15, 1931, in Washington, OK, Dwight Smelser, a graduate of Oklahoma State University, dedicated years to education before a distinguished career with the US Postal Service. Post-retirement, with his wife Joe Ann, they explored the country, attending chip conventions for his beloved collection. Beyond chips, Dwight's passions included golf, supporting sports teams, and being a man of faith. His generous spirit touched lives through activities like grilling, gardening, and cheering for favorite teams, creating lasting memories for all.
