  This seller spent more time feeling annoyed that I dared to complain about my purchase and arguing that no one has ever had complaints about them before, instead of just addressing the point that they had sold me a shoddy product. The earrings are defective and that’s all I needed to have a conversation about. I was told that I have to pay for the earrings to be returned also which would cost more than half of the price of the earrings. This was a waste of my money .

  I was not annoyed and I politely offered to refund ,but as per the policy buyer pays for the postage if they are unsatisfied with the product.The issue is a refund was expected without sending the product back. The product might be shoddy ,yes, but the pictures are of the actual product and it is a £2.99 product ,so it will not be the quality of big brands jewellery. More than happy to hare refunded if product was sent back, as mentioned in the listing.
