    Not the best of transactions. Seller communications were very vague and gave no indication that the 52cc strimmer would be sent via 2 sources AND separate Couriers which caused a lot of problems as first package arrived damaged. Then seller, again, was very vague with responses. I eventually gave up and got eBay to refund money. Goods are being shipped from outlets within UK but this is not a UK seller. BEWARE IS MY ADVICE!

    Very helpful seller however the courier delivery by evri was atrocious, first saying delivery delayed because of size, then that they couldn't deliver at all, seller sent replacement, the next day evri delivered the original, which they said couldn't be delivered abandoning it was outside in the rain and driving off. Best points the seller helpful at all times.

    Item came quickly, but when I went to install I noticed there was parts missing. I sent message explaining the two missing parts, with pictures and received a rubbish email asking for pictures of the real item, for delivery information to contact courier (which it had nothing to do with) and something about suppliers… I feel making a simple thing unnecessarily complicated. I just adapted the parcel box to work without the parts that were missing, a little annoying, but a lot less hassle.
