  Laundry pods listed as NIB, but bag arrived open and missing about a quarter of the pods. Reached out to seller, who indicated they had too much stock to check each one and they make so little off the sale, but offered to have me send back for a full refund. I declined, because it’s not worthwhile to make the trip to the post office. Seller’s offer was appreciated, though to me a 5 star response would be offering to refund a quarter of the cost, since a quarter of the purchase was missing.

  Item never arrived, It was sent FedEx, supposedly handed over to USPS, and never arrived. Seller was great, communication was great, but FedEx and USPS were no help at all, blaming each other, no one taking responsibility, go figure. The seller is top notch though.

  I purchased a item that was listed as new And when I received it it was totally inoperable When I reported it they wouldn't even reply and After eBay contacted them they Just replied back to me that they Mentioned it was untested. I told them it was supposed to be new if it was new it would certainly work when it was plugged in. they were happy with just sticking me with it so I had to contact eBay for help to get it resolved. I don't recommend these people At all They are very unscrupulous

  Absolute tale...we had informed him throughout the buying process that the item was untested and was new. As shown in the original listing: Open Box Store Return Does Not Include Power Adapter Untested SOLD AS IS NO RETURNS Free Shipping Buyers Remorse... we even discounted the item to appease him. Lately there has been a wave of buyers trying to get something that was not originally offered. Please always read the listings in their entirety prior to committing to purchase.

  The seller sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them, they did not take proper responsibility. Because I live abroad, the return shipping cost was higher than the value of the product itself, so it made no sense to send it back. As a result, I lost around $160 (product + shipping through my agent) and had to purchase the correct item from another seller. This is the first time I have been deceived like this on eBay, and it is very disappointing. Any seller mistake turns into a serious loss

  Reported to Ebay...this buyer claims that he is in the US when in fact he lives overseas and uses a freight forwarder company. The filter was sent NIB and he attempted to claim that he received the wrong product. This has already been moderated through Ebay and we prevailed. The only deceit here sir was you claiming to be in the US and circumventing Ebays International shipping service. Yes we too are disappointed that you attempted to claim foul when that wasn't the case.
