    My order was not despatched for over ten days. It took me three unanswered emails and eBays intervention to just get my order actually sent to me. I have received no answer to any of my enquiries, in fact I have received absolutely no correspondence from this seller at all. No explanation was offered or received from this seller as to exactly why they did not originally despatch my order when they said they did. By far the worst seller i have ever used on eBay.

    Wrong item arrived before Xmas (and it was supposed to be a gift). I sent a picture of the wrong item the day it arrived. It took a week for them to respond and they asked for a photo, which was sent a week previous. They're time wasters, messing about, do NOT buy from this company. They couldn't care less about customer care, just want your money. Ripp off

    Tried to cancel order soon after but seller refused...ok. Ordered on 28/01/25 & still not received as of 6/02/25 & has also refused to give a tracking number or reply to any messages. Taking it through eb@y now but best to AVOID this seller with ALL the other negatives accumulated from other buyers. Eb@y really does need to weed out all these dodgy sellers urgently.
