Actually, the first clock arrived with damaged sustained in transit I contacted the seller, who was apologetic and promptly sent a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the box look a bit squashed, but , thankfully, the clock inside was undamaged Parcels seem to be subjected to some rough handling on their journeys. Stronger, more rigid packaging would be a good idea. However, the clock is great for any Simons Cat fan.
