    Seller didn't send the item out until I contacted them well after the arrival date to ask where the item was. Even then they didn't even bother to let me know anything or at least apologies to say it was late. Plus like many other auctions I thought there would be multiple in the pack for the cost, no there was a single plug. Wont buy or deal with again.

    The seller has good communication. It was a prompt delivery. The item was as described as expired but I missed to read it. The seller explained it. The chewer was hard. I checked on the Internet. I soaked it and put a short time in a microwave to soften a bit and broke it, cooled down a bit and then my dog was able to eat it.
