    Wrong item turned up. I ordered a flag pole flag. Instead they sent hand held waving flag. Contacted them, they said keep item and offered me 15% refund. When my item was worth more than the hand held flag and 15% refund. Then they said send it back after I complained about 15% refund. Got in touch with Ebay and started returns policy. Which in turn made them give me full refund and not to send item back. Probably because sending item back would have cost them more . Don't buy from them
